Chicken Bahay Recipe :
Ingredients:
Lotus root ½ Kg
Chicken ½ Kg
Onion 2
Tomato 250 grams
Green chili 4-5
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Red Chili powder 1 tsp
Crushed Black pepper ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Cumin 2 tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Whole all spices 2 tsp
Oil 200 grams
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Green coriander for garnishing
Method:
In hot oil add onion and cook until light brown.
Add whole garam masala and chicken. Add tomatoes and cook on low flame until they are soft.
As the chicken is done garnish it with green coriander.
Sindhi Daal Recipe :
Ingredients:
Mash ki dal 100 gm
Green Lentil 100 gm
Red Lentil 100 gm
Tomato 3
Turmeric ½ tsp
Salt a test
Green Chili 4
Oil 200 GM
Curry leaves 10
Cumin 1 tsp
Whole red Chili 6
Sindhi Karahi Recipe :
Ingredient’s:
Chicken/mutton ½ Kg
Tomatoes ½ Kg
Garlic/Ginger Paste 1 tbsp
White cumin ½ tsp
Crushed Coriander 2 tbsp
Green chili 2
Crushed red chili ½ tsp
Oil 200 grams
Method:
Add chicken/mutton, and ginger garlic paste, and stir fry in hot oil.
Add peeled tomatoes and cover it on low flame. When the chicken/mutton and tomatoes are done add all the spices and cook on low flame.
Garnish the dish as the oil comes up by adding coriander and green chili.
