    After watching videos from about 6 other "major" channels in the aus 4x4 scene, this was the one that gave me the best directions for my head to wrap around. Thank you.

      Sam Williamson Hey mate! Thanks ☺️
      It’s just a stand alone system mate, it’s all I needed! It’s worked great so far has kept up really well! If you where running the cables thru the cab id probly start pulling up the sides of the door sils and run it down the inside of the doors! But otherwise you could run underneath in a conju Thanks for watching mate!

    Hey mate what brand of solar panel is that

    • @RoamLyfe
      @RoamLyfe  5 років тому

      ViperGamingDB hey mate, it’s a kings semi flexable 160watt panel! Should produce around 9 amps in full sunlight!

  • @Pik000
    @Pik000 4 роки тому

    Might have missed something, how does the battery charge? Don’t you need another cable to the alternator?

    • @RoamLyfe
      @RoamLyfe  4 роки тому +1

      Hey bud, it’s solar only! It’s really hard to explain but for the camping we do it’s more than enough! I can get 3 days off my battery without sun and when there’s sun it stays full the whole time! The 160watt panel puts in about 8 amps an hour and the fridge draws 2.5 amps an hour and it cycles in and out so you could probly half that! So she’s pumping in a lot more than it’s taking out!
