  • In this video a young group of students is performing Wudang Taming the Tiger Fist - Fu Hu Quan - 武当武术伏虎拳
    It is an early, to intermediate level exercise with plenty of emphasis on balance, hand work and kicks. There are 65 movements in the form.
    Hand work is an extremely important component. It contains punching, grasping, pulling & upper cuts. Kicks include heel kick, side kick, sweep, roundhouse and backwards roundhouse. It is a well rounded form that allows for full body training.

    Is this a part of Tiger Kung Fu style? If I want to learn Tiger Kung for self-defence, is there any specific style in the Tiger Kung Fu and which on do you recomend me for self-defence?
