George is really relaxed, personable, and fun away from the political arena..I enjoyed his visit a lot with Jimmy.

And so she calls that abusive. More likely, both parents were too busy to deal much with their kids so Claudia is getting back at them for their lack of attention by calling them abusive.

I was listening to Adam Kinzinger being interviewed by Christiane Amanpour earlier today and really wish America had more people like that. I can only think something happened to America's education system over the past 20 years that has given rise to what is happening now. They continually talk about 'sheeple' when they are the very ones who would follow their master like lemmings off a cliff face.

Hey - George is well spoken here - we must give credit where credit is due. But don't forget - his views are far, far right. If you make less than $250,000 a year in the US you don't want this man anywhere near politics.
...and if Trump runs again Kellyanne Conway will work hard to put Trump back in the Whitehouse. I can't reconcile that. George seems to believe that Trump is a narcissistic sociopath. I'm not sure that George cares enough about the danger Trump represents to ask Kellyanne to stay away from the next Trump campaign. (There is a lot of money to be made.)

Yeah, everyone jokes about how they can stay married, but seriously, it must be a strain. I am pretty centrist and don’t know how I could be married to a Trumper (don’t need to find out, my wife is more liberal than me). I think once you have children though, that does change everything. I know people have their differences on this, but for me it would take very major issues like abuse or harm to my children to break up my family. Yes people change and there are disagreements, but as long as we love each other and there is still some of what made us fall in love originally, I am committed to working through our differences and maintaining our family unit as long as we live. Our children bind us together and I imagine it’s the same for them.

George Conway has a brilliant mind. I listen to him every time he's being interviewed. He seems very comfortable with Jimmy Kimmel because it's an informal sort of interview but when I see him in a more serious setting like cable news interviews, I definitely will sit around until the segment with him is over.

My mother who is a therapist doesn't even recognize that he's a narcissistic psychopath. But, I have known since I was a kid that he was an evil man. I told her he was a bad man she still doesn't believe me. in the time he was in office I came to figure out he was a narcissistic psychopath. in fact, I can spot them really well. I study as a hobby cults and how they behave including the leader's behavior, which often matches republicans' behavior. oh and I took psychology in college.

My dad, even before Trumpism, was always making everything out to be a conspiracy. I love him, but It turned me against believing anything that doesn't have facts or evidence in support of. It also made me realize how important honesty is. Honest people are true gold in my life and those that aren't, have no place whatsoever. Needless to say, my feelings also play a role in how I view politics. Even if a politician might represent views I value, their personality can keep me from giving them support.
