OPENING the WORST SKIN OFFER 3 TIMES!

After looking at this Cuttlefish Jacky Offer, I don't see much value at all. It's basically $20 for a skin, 10 star drops, around 4k gold, and a legendary star drop.
Only thing I see is the gold and the legendary star drop.
