The Xtrem AXP Racing skid plate is designed differently than the MX / SX line. This model integrates a complete protection of the frame until below the footrests. It also wraps the water pump completely and protects the connecting rod with its extra thickness (16mm in total under the connecting rod). Polyethylene is a material 40% lighter than aluminum which does not undergo deformation, does not generate resonance or vibrations and ages better over time. Le sabot Xtrem AXP Racing intègre une protection intégrale du cadre jusqu’au-dessous des cales pieds. Il enveloppe également la pompe à eau de façon complète et protège la biellette grâce à sa surépaisseur (16mm au total en dessous de la biellette). Le polyéthylène est une matière 40% plus légère que l’aluminium qui ne subit pas de déformations, ne génère pas de résonnance ni vibrations et vieillit mieux dans le temps. Ce sabot se monte uniquement sur les KTM 450SXF - 450XCF et Husqvarna FC450 - FX450. Une protection moteur est un consommable, seule une casse prématurée du produit peut être prise en garantie.
