I have watched over a hundred Nigerian movies and I love most of them because they have a very good story line. One major thing I have been disappointed with is the absence of a Scriber, a minute taker during cabinet meetings the King or Igwe holds in his palace. It therefore follows that all agreed pertinent points are crammed in the King and his advisers brains even if the King rules for over 20 years. Can a script writer start including a scriber who should introduce the subject of discussion, what was agreed upon last meeting and the update on follow ups. Can you take this into account please so we Africans can show that we had a way of keeping writing history or discussions which enabled continuity.
Another thing I get disappointed with is the laziness with the way our script writers display. For example, when it comes to Nigerian Police, the script shows how incompetent our police forces are in Africa as a whole. Can some script writer show some degree of competence of our underpaid n overstretched police officers face? In this day and age, police carry out investigations establishing motive n benefit to the suspect. Sequences I have watched are so disappointing showing the men n women in uniform are so corrupt and take shortcuts to solving crime including torture. I will be a very proud African if I can see a script writer spend time with the Homicide, Corruption and murder units to fully represent these hardworking officers. I rest my case as a Zambian
