West Rim Fall Hike

Returned to West Rim in PA for my first ever fall hike and it was as I expected. Foliage is always stunning and the clear blue sky and crisp air is what I like about hiking in the fall. I guess I am not the only one since there were over 50 other hikers on the trail. Day time temperatures ranged from 40 to mid 50's and at night it dropped to low 20's. The trail was a little dry as well despite of having rained the previous day. Most of the reliable water sources were not reliable.
