it's crazy how all type of markets are getting out of hand even with interest rates at high level. Not sure if it's because of your ongoing political landscape, presidential elections, but the fed should have probably increased interest rates to slow down this euphoria, clear they are behind the curve. The way i see it , is longer term money (paper) will be as worth as pokemon cards (cardboard), at least the latter as a use 🙂.

For me when I talk investing that's what I'm talking about. Sp500 holdings are for 40+ so 10 year medium term makes sense 🤷‍♂️. People out here be calling flipping "short term investing" because they sell it 5 minutes later. Wal mart investing in eggs
