Question for you guys. We are on Zillow flex. I have met with every client I’ve talked to so far but I’ve noticed many are already working with an agent and we’re under the impression I was the listing agent or calling to see the house because their agent was busy. Is there a way around this?
Great question! 2 things: #1 remember the math if you convert 1 out of 10 your at 10% which is best of the best, the average is 5% so 1 out of 20. 2nd watch my Open House video on the 3 qualities that buyers are attracted to, when you demonstrate these 3 buyers will leave their previous agent (if they were on the fence anyways) and explore working with you. Yes that's what David said. Book the appointment "get the commitment from the first conversation" then in the follow through you reschedule and create a plan B.
He answers the question, its a strategic move to start, then you address every way to make it work, if it cannot then you make new plans. Not my strategy but David's teams success demonstrates it works there for commit to it and test out how to make it work
Agents...please watch this video a few more times. "Zillow leads are horrible" -- No - they arent. If your approach is similar to Mr. Lawson...Zillow leads are the gold standard. You arent buying leads...you are buying possible long-term business relationships.
