Just came to answer the question, they’re indeed not worth 1000 dollars.
There not 1000 no more there going for about 800 to 900 on most sizes thats invluding tax and shipping fees
With saying that ,i love my pair u have to have them in hand to see how good they look, and look better on feet

I just got a pair of these. Can’t tell if they’re fake or not. The cactus jack on the side seems right, it’s faded and somewhat hard to notice, it’s not glossy. What really throws me off are the laces. Are they supposed to be as waxy as the laces from the most recent Travis low canary yellow? Or a little bit duller and thicker?

back in early 2020 the trav 1 low OGs where at $680 and i actually got them for that price... then suddenly they shot back up in value, so honestly if you can get the phantom's for lower then 700 or 800 then cop don't sleep. these will go back up in value.
i remember seeing a pair in 2020 for that price my biggest regret is not buying ☹️
Glad I copped earlier they did go up lol. I got it for cheaper than the current stockx ask. Wouldn't be surprised if they end being 800-1000 at most for the next 5 years. For the price at the time it was the best value out of all Travis lows imo.

Just got mine they are not JUST a "black" shoe. I find that the little Timmy's are salty because they didn't cop. Out of all the hype shoes this is the most wearable. And these will go to 1K in spring/summer.
I feel like if I had these I would just use them as beater shoes for skateboarding in.
