One of the most relevant videos I have seen yet. Thank you! I'd like a video with a little more specific descriptions on the ratings. Especially looking at the improvements needed to move from 3.5 to 4.5.
Would like a video on team movement and positioning. For example, my partner executes an OK 3rd shot drop and I advance towards kitchen. My partner decides to it wasn't a great 3rd shot and stays back. The 4th shot comes down the middle.

Again thanks for this useful information that you give us with these videos, they really helped my the first day I played the game.
This is a great video! Our group was just talking this morning about how to avoid pop-ups. Perfect timing! One video idea might be a compilation video covering all your drill. Great vid. I like how you discussed a couple options for handling dinks at your feet, one for folks with good mobility and another for those will less mobility. If you haven’t covered this already, an idea would be for returning serves so you can get to the net quickly. Just this morning, I heard someone say they stand inside the court so the can move up easier, but our opponents took advantage by hitting deep at their feet which was very difficult to return. If they started a couple steps behind the line and got their momentum going forward while the ball was in the air, they’d be able to return a deep ball and continue up to the kitchen much easier, even with reduced mobility.

just an idea for future video...after surgery with paddle arm i had to temporarily learn to play lefty...it was during this time my learning of errors and mechanics was magnified..i no longer could rely on previous natural ability and athleticism...so i would advise for serious students to play with their weak side for 2 -4 weeks and really try to improve taking notice of errors and why their happening...something i never did previously..this brought about fixes, changes and quicker improvements than i ever would have noticed playing with my dominant arm..and my confidence greatly grew also..i cant wait to fully recover and get back to playing righty having new knowledge and greater confidence..anyway..just an idea..hopefully a good one

Great video and drills, exactly all the things I repeat in my head….loose grip, small swing, hit in front, etc. Any tips on how to spike back a high ball?
Good video. Suggest a lesson on how to read a high ball to avoid slamming it in the net. I am referring to the high balls that appear to be put away shots yet when hit hard for a put away they go in the net. I even see top level pros make that mistake although not as often.

It took me a while to realize that the cause of my popups is not usually the angle of the paddle. It is the power of the return. To drop a reset into the kitchen you need to have high arc on the ball, peaking close to your own NVZ line so it descends into the kitchen. The only difference between the two is velocity.

Very helpful tips. I find every time I try to do a drop shot towards the centre of the court, but I often get creamed because the returning player will punch the ball back. I'm able to do cross court dink, but struggle with centre dinks. Any tips?

@@EnhancePickleball I think he's asking where you draw the line between the volley dink and the pivot. In my personal experience the volley dink is only useful for unexpected direction or rhythm changes, or if the ball is sitting up higher you can go for a winner with some topspin.
