I have worked at a Wendy’s before and handled deliveries. It’s actually true that it’s never frozen. They come in vacuum sealed in refrigerated trucks and kept to temperatures as close to 32 degrees Fahrenheit as possible. The patties are usually sourced from a more local location so it spends as little time as possible in transit. Wendy’s is also in the habit of keeping strict inventory policies so that they don’t order more than what they’ll need to get through the week until the next delivery. The reason for this IS because they’re not frozen, so they don’t last as long.
So like, we can agree that Arin's Wendy's betrayal has less to do with their food getting worse or that local Wendy's having bad food, but more to do with Arin's constant dieting and qeight fluctuation (at the time) rewired his tastebuds so things that *would* be good are not anymore
