I would definitely pay it. You realize there is more depth in certain niche fragrances. Also, you won’t smell like everyone else. I bought savuage in 2016 when no one wore it, and then by the end of the year everyone knew about it. It’s annoying hearing people say they smell like someone else. Paying $300 makes your smell more rare and unique.

In my experience cdnim is 10x better when you smell it on some one or in the air than on a paper

could it be that initially women were smelling the harsh synthetic opening of CDNI and all of them disliked it but once it settled down a bit, all the women (in the 2nd part of the video) liked CDNI more?

most likely, since the CDNI start is horrible and lasts a long time, which could have also helped that there was a lot of wind and the start went faster, although on the contrary the vote could have gone against Elysium in the final, since the wind could have harmed the performance since it is a summer perfume, not for the conditions where the duel took place.
I regularly wear Armaf cdnim and get compliments and asked what it is , mancera cedrat Boise and jacques fath blue curaçao are the only ones to get complimented more.
Ive noticed CDNIM is VERY different on paper than skin.. 10 times better on skin.. and also..if its freshly sprayed on the strip..its awful..its only a banger after it drys down after a good 15-20 min... so ..not because I want to defend CDNIM.. but this video to me is pretty invalid.. and not a real life scenario Still enjoyable.. appreciate the work you put into these videos!.. 😃
Absolutely! CDNIM in the first 10-15 minutes will not win any contests but man, after 30 min, you will know why it’s so popular.

These videos are interesting but if I was doing it I wouldn't mention before they choose that one is expensive and the other cheap. I'd let them decide without influencing them otherwise you are likely skewing the results.
Another way to put it is a fragrance battle shouldn't be about whether they can pick out the most expensive fragrance and assume they like that more but rather which one they like the most not knowing there is a huge price difference.

Elysium is a performance disaster. CDNI gets the job done really well. When I first used it I wasn't sure as the synthetic heavy lemon opening is real. But once tge compliments starting pouring in I was a believer :). Purchase the Limited Edition to avoid the harsh opening, it's much smoother than the Edt.
I tried just out of curiousity it smells like a bug spray or sink cleaner 😂 i laughed after i smelled it.. i dont really understand why they liked that lemon bug spray but the dry down is fine.. just the lemon is funny actually..

Got the same reaction the first time i smelled it but when it dried down, it was better. It was a free decant of the edt. Now i love the scent. I jist avoid directly smelling it during the initial spray or the opening. Bought a full bottle. 😬
There are 4 version by now. Eau de Toilette, eu de parfum, limited edition (it’s in a more gray tinted bottle) and the latest one the pure parfum. The last two are the best. The edt and the edp smell exactly the same, they both suffer from the harsh opening only get the pure parfum or the limited edition guys, they are way smoother in the opening unlike the edt and the edp.

CDNI EDT smells really strong at the opening but after it settle for 1hr that where the magic notes happens until the end, last long too. Yup it's the where & the way you spray it.
100% i just go my 4th bottle and after 20 mln it grows into a top scent very masculine and classic smell.
Mannnn you have a winning formula with these types of videos. I dont like CDN Intense Man tho, its SO strong like headache inducing..it just reminds me of a boring office scent. Its just collecting dust on my shelf..i've honestly thought about just tossing it in the bin lol. You gotta start bringing some Hugo Boss cheapies into these. I've heard some people say they love Hugo Boss and some women say they hate it. Definitely not as cut and dry as you are making it.
In Europe they used to be super popular (and probably still are). You could smell Boss Bottled everywhere. It’s a great scent though but it just reminds me of my high school years. Boss Dark Blue is a great one too.

Roja Elysium is good as the notes are blended in well but it just too basic, it's the typical fresh fragrance def not worth buying if its $300 there are many fragrances that smell like it and are a lot more cheaper, Elysium lacks uniqueness, on the other hand Club De Nuit Intense Man is a copy of Creed Aventus but it's the best clone for a fragrance worth $500. CDNIM is unique as there is only one fragrance that it's based off of which is Aventus, CDNIM is very long lasting for a fragrance worth $30 although I bought mine for $42.
Also when it comes to fragrances for compliments, women in the west prefer more "Fresh" fragrances on men but in Africa women prefer "Sweet" fragrances on men and in West Asia or the Middle East the prefer "Woody" or "Oud" fragrances but at the end of the day it depends on person, even the so called "safe fragrances" can throw somebody into a coma

I tested a decant of CLUBD few days ago, and it's good but too edgy, but truth it stays and project a lot more then real Aventus. So the real question is why a 300€ frag is sooo watered down?

Club de nuit opening smells so synthetic and terrible. these people must be smelling the dry down because that's the only decent thing about that fragrance.

It's pretty ridiculous to torture myself and sit through an opening I can't stand just to make it to the only part of CDNIM that reminds me of Aventus. Especially when I own the actual Creed Aventus as well as a clone from parfums vintage that actually smells like Aventus from beginning to end. My original point was that there are way too many better Aventus clones that do a far better job at capturing the actual scent profile from opening to dry down. "The dry down is the the whole purpose of a fragrance"?? 😂😂 That's the dumbest thing I've heard anyone ever say btw.

Yes, but if you want panty droppers EDT is the way to go.. its the cheapest and most potent and women LOVE it!! They go crazy for it...(personally, I need to hold my breath for 10 mins after applying it).. I hate it...but the results it gets me are excellent. Liited edition is good but very very mild and half the power and longevity of it...

CDNIM for me only good when you smell it in the air. I like wearing it while work, go to mall, bar or just hangout with friends.
Its not something you want to wear when on date/dinner or when your gf can sniff you upclose.

Elysium is not good on paper. My first impression of smelling elysium on tester strips I was literally disgusted and mad that it is so expensive, i couldnt understand the hype at all. Then I sprayed it on skin and it was heavenly and amazing.
Club de nuit on the other hand, was for me better on paper (from a distance) once I sprayed it on skin all I got was dark smoke vibe that literally made me cough, had to shower to get it off.

@@aminerh3723 I live in Australia but im Greek so im lucky fragrances seem better priced over here than europe. I got a $10 discount voucher so i used it on Club de nuit intense.
Nautica voyage is a nice cheap fresh everyday scent, it's only about €20-25 here for 100ml.
I have bleu de chanel and it's my favourite blue fragrance but versace dylan blue is very good for half the price.
There's too many fragrances i want now but im going to have to build up slowly.
