I wish drivers would stop referring to Cabbage grade as a major big bad grade when it’s not. The Grapevine out in California is the most dangerous grade in the U.S. for truckers. It doesn’t level out until you get to the bottom. 5 miles of 6% grade. More truck drivers have died on the grapevine than any other grade in the United States. Cabbage ain’t shit!
First time I have seen cable chains. They look to be easier than chains to put on and lighter to carry. Do you or your company trust them enough to do away with chains?

Hooked em up wrong brother. The cable ends dont "go thru" the "hook" end . Hard to explain maybe try reading the directions again.

But the Grapevine normally gets shut down when it is snowing.
