I’ve been looking for the right chocolate frosting for my chocolate cake! I don’t like the taste of traditional chocolate buttercream and I really want to try this recipe. Can this frosting hold well with frosting a 3-4 layer decorative cake??
You have to be careful putting it in the refrigerator because it can crust on top. You’ll need to stir it pretty often to prevent this and if it becomes too cool it will be really hard to pipe.
Little tip if it does get a little firm, you can use a hand mixer to beat it to a softer consistency

White chocolate doesn't always behave the same. It often is prone to separation and is very susceptible to heat. It's risky to try but it could work.
