Excellent presentation. So much emphasis on lifestyle from the Bhagavath Gita (the all encompassing guide for life), an ancient text of wisdom, toward which the west is just now arriving with the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine and its 6 principles, which are essentially lifestyle in Sanatana Dharma.

If the government takes the initiative to popularize just two books 1. Charaka Samhita and 2. Sushruta Samhita and translate these works in all regional languages, the entire nation and the whole world will sit up and take notice. Oil only pray Shri Narendra Modi takes the initiative.
