- Went for a little ride through the Brecon Beacons on the Svartpilen.
Mods:
Leovince LV10 stainless slip-on
Universal bar end mirrors
Diablo Rosso III Rear tire
beatiful landscape, nice video
I had more goose bumps watching this than the TT .
Your off you head riding like that
Ikr rocketing blind over single lane crests and blind bends, gave me anxiety watching
I just ordered mine a couple of days ago, and I am so glad I found this video, been watching a few others and it seems so underwhelming and slow. Over here it seems like it will do what I want it to, and then some. Thanks for the great vid 👍
How did you like it? Would you recommend it as a first bike?
Looks great with those smaller end mirrors! The first thing I will be doing is whipping them off when I get mine too!
Amazing what this HS125 can do ... :O
Pretty Faaaaaaaaast !!! Sounds nearly like an HUSQVARNA 701er !!! Coooool !!!
I have one of these and a Ducati 899 Panigale. I do more miles on the Svart 125. It's a brilliant bit of kit.Mine has a dna filter kit with a LV titanium slip on. Lightweight, torquey and easy to throw around - so much fun!
Did you do the fuelX?
Can you please tell me where in Brecon Beacons you filmed this wonderful trip? I have watched it 10 times and i cannot stop, i want to go there !! Thank you very much for the amazing views and what an awesome bike!!!
Of course 👍, most of this was filmed in the area of Tregaron and "the devil's staircase".
Looked like you took a few too many brave pills that day, I winced on a few corners just watching this haha.
Dude, just bought this bike and live in south west Wales. Great video! What road are these 2?
Great video. I’m thinking of buying one. You obviously love the bike. What speed will it do? Does it have poke. As in will it keep up with Traffic in the UK? Many thanks.
Thanks 👍, the max speed I've gotten personally was 74mph and that was at the rev limiter. It can easily keep up with everyday traffic no problem and hits 60mph comfortably.
I have my one for a month now and did 77top. up to 60 easy. if going 60 in 6th gear it will stick to 60.. drop the gear down and will gain some extra. it is nice and comfortable bike to ride, but if you are old enough do a full A
what a lovely bike. i can't decide between getting one of these new or going for a nice second hand Honda XR125. Are you still enjoying this? How many miles have you done?
Yes been a great bike, done 8000 miles now on mine and its still going great
I would choose Svartpillen. It’s more unique
Great Video Thanks for sharing with us.
I have to decide between the Yamaha XSR 125 and the Svartpilen. If u have the Choice would u buy it again?
Is the accleration from 0-60 like all other 125 Bikes?
If I was in the market for a 125 at the moment I'd definetly choose this bike again, and yes the acceleration is the exact same as all other 125cc's
What did you choose? I have similar dilema though more inclined towards Svartpilen. XSR 125 Legacy is nice as well though.
Nice vid man! What mods are you running?
Thanks, Everything I've done is in the description
Can u tell me pls whats your top speed im about to buy this bike but im not sure
Thanks for sharing nice bike and nice riding 👍
I’m looking to buy one of these over Honda cb125r not sure what to do!
I've covered over 7000 miles on my svartpilen so far and haven't had any issues, the bike handles great 👍
Did you buy the svartpilen?
What kind of speeds are you getting, I've heard folks claiming it tops out at 55mph which is crazy considering the Duke and RC will hit 70
It'll quiet easily hit 70 mph in my experience
@@freddytroy2576 Oh ok, there must be a lot of faulty/issue ones out there...........I'm really tempted to get one but yeah the speed claim got me questioning it. Thanks for the info brother.
It tops out at 55 before the first service. It's limited until then. After that it opens up to 70+
Hi there just wondering where you put the l plate on the front of this?
Mine is a sticker type plate so I trimmed it slightly and stuck it onto the front mudguard
@@freddytroy2576 perfect thank you 😊
Are they oxford bar ends?
thanks
These are made by a different company but they are identical to the cheaper oxford bar end mirrors.
