Hello, Thank you for the video. It was very helpful. I installed the bulbs. They are great so far. I found out that the bulbs can go in a couple of different ways due to the fact that the tabs are smaller than the OEM bulbs. The light output is best when bulbs are clocked at a 6 and 12. In my 2017 Tahoe, that meant that the bulb wire ended up on top. In your video, the bulb wire is on the bottom.
so when you did the install if you turn on the truck when the intake sensor is unplugged or without the intake being back in and closed up all the way that will make the check engine light come on. to get rid of it you usually just unplug your battery post for 5-10 mins then plug it back in and tighten it and its gone as long as the sensor is plugged back in and the intake filter and cap are back in place. hopefully that helps you out.
Trying to replace the bulbs on my 2018 suburban, but cannot find your website with the recommend bulbs for my high and low beam lights, and fog lights. Could you please help.
hi the kit i used in this video this is the link for it www.socalaccessories.com/ls-series-auto-led-headlight-kits-90w-10000lm-6000k-pair/ h11 for low beam and 9005 for high beam if your model has low beam as your DRL then i suggest this other kit with a led decoder for the low beam www.socalaccessories.com/2-sided-csp-led-kit-pair/ www.socalaccessories.com/led-headlight-canbus-error-free-load-resistor-decoder-anti-flicker/
the ones I have on the link also we just ran out of those slims so we will be currently be shipping some brighter ones in its place that we dont have on the website yet
Hello Great 👍🏼 video thanks 🙏🏼 I’m having Lasfit installing New bulbs with extended dust caps with fans on the bulbs. Low and high beams LA plus Lasfit bulbs. My question is do you have a video on how to replace front blinker bulbs on 2017 Tahoe LS Thanks 🙏🏼✌🏼
mohammad al-haid 6min and 28 seconds into the video where the caps at but cap comes off exactly the same and the bulb size is different but same thing put the bulb in and twist it to lock it back in place.
nope I have had them on my truck for 1 1/2 years I even tested them because I burned my hand when i touched them but i let the lights run in our office for a full day 8hrs and over that box that says hot i put a plastic thin bag and also some thin wires and let them sit on it to make sure because i didnt want to mess up the wires for my led strip on the headlights. but that was a great question
Hi, I have installed the Lasfit bulbs (as the ones you are installing in your video) and one of the bulbs (the left one) turns off when I am in traffic. I turn the knob right to DRL for a few seconds and then turn it back to auto and the bulb lights again. I wonder; since the bulb is working in a enclosed housing, it may not be able to disípate the temperare thru its fan. Do you know if the bulb has some sort of electronic temperature protector, that turns it off? Have you experienced any similar situation? What happens if I don’t put back the access cap?
Ramon Ortiz check your connection the new h11 the tabs are a little closer then the normal h11 besides that no I have not experienced this I have had them on my 2018 for 6 months now and have used them to go from California to Vegas and from California up north and they work fine.
Ramon Ortiz also I suggest keeping the dust caps on only because if you don’t put them on when you wash the vehicle or when the temperature goes from hot to cold or cold to hot you will get moisture inside of your headlights
Thank you for your video.I would like to purchase your LED headlights for my projector lenses. However I'm curious as to whether these lights hold up. Once the dust cover is installed it appears these lights get very hot and shorten their life. could you please comment on my concerns?
Trace Eubanks yes I have had them on my vehicle for 2 years already and they still work fine with the dust caps on or if you want another kit that has 2 year warranty that runs a little cooler I can send you the link for the $80 kit we have
Hello, great video - I have a new 2019 HTZ Tahoe that I want to upgrade the headlights. Do you still recommend these lights or is there a newer product?
Richard Fulks I have tried other new manufacturers but this is still currently the best quality and brightest ones I suggest I still have this same one in my 2018 tahoe fits as long as yours didn’t come with a factory hid kit
I got a 2015 Chevy Tahoe LT and would like to get the high and the low beam LEDs same color, can you send me the link so I could purchase them and also do you sell the LEDs for the license plate lights and reverse lights? If so can you send me the link to those too as well...thank you
MrEXPREES sorry just seen this not on here much but if your not sure what size to order you can send me a pic of the oem bulb on IG to SoCal_Accessories
Hey man, I just ordered these light bulbs from you guys. I wonder if the igniter box comes with it or not? And if so, is a direct fit to the factory plug? Thank you
we have done 2015 gmc sierra and yukon and did those did not require a led decoder with this led kit, i think with hid kits you might need a bypass but we didnt need them with this LED kit
SoCal Accessories I have the HID lows I just ordered the 9005 for the highs from you because they are yellow , will those work and fit? If not ill have to cancel the order please lmk
Thats a good reason why?. . . .i dont know nothing about it. . . . . .my tahoe 2016 has realy low quality beams and i can see at night time. . . . . .am buying it
its not that the headlights are really low quality its just that 2015-up they added a projector lens to the low beam which limits the light output, vs a 2014 and older where its a open headlight so the lights shine a lot higher.
Hi, I would like to change to led bulbs with my 2018 Chevy Tahoe LT, I was told by a friend not to change it because it can heat up and damage the led strip underneath. Please let me know if that's accurate. Thanks.
Nathan Braun if it’s installed correctly that should not be true at all at least not with out kits I have had this kit on my truck for 11 months and no issues with my lights or with the strips
SoCal Accessories which kitt was that. I just bought a brand new 2018 tahoe LS. You guys located in Montclair ? Can I just go to your shop and pick up the kitt. And do you guys install ? I’m in Fontana
N Esco it’s our Lumenled led kit with 2 year manufacturer warranty and yes we are open Monday-Saturday, if yours was the white one we did today sorry just seen this message I’m not on UA-cam much I’m a lot bigger on Instagram
because they are good quality with real warranty, no one said you have to buy them just letting people know the exact ones i used on mine and yea at first i felt the same about led kits we use to stock thousands of hid kits and little by little everyone is swapping over to led just like us because the fact that they are better quality, way less defective, no warm up time, no ballast to mount anywhere, etc. but like i said the choice is yours you dont have to buy what i suggest, reguardless this is a free step by step video on how to install which ever ones you buy.
Leandro Pitillo I would suggest the same ones I installed on mine the link is on the video I have had them for 8 months on my Tahoe and they work great we sale a lot of them and the best part is 2 year warranty vs the normal 1 year warranty which most manufacturers offer.
I changed mine , low beam Hikari , high beam nino. You can find both on Amazon. Just be careful with the bulb size. Note: Hikari tend to be a little blue
only if you want low beam and high beam both to be led then yes, if not and you just want the main headlights to look the same then just change the low beam

Same issue here. When the truck is off the hid lights work. When the truck is on, the lights flicker a few times and turn off. What would cause this?

Hello,
Can you please share a vedio how to fit the high beam bulbs ?
mohammad al-haid 6min and 28 seconds into the video where the caps at but cap comes off exactly the same and the bulb size is different but same thing put the bulb in and twist it to lock it back in place.
Isn't the igniter box too hot to put under the dust cap? It says right on the box hot do not touch?
nope I have had them on my truck for 1 1/2 years I even tested them because I burned my hand when i touched them but i let the lights run in our office for a full day 8hrs and over that box that says hot i put a plastic thin bag and also some thin wires and let them sit on it to make sure because i didnt want to mess up the wires for my led strip on the headlights. but that was a great question
