People in india dont understand difference between scrambled eggs and burji ,they think both are same .To them this is raw .However both are different recipies and delecious . Scrambled eggs is supposed to be fluffy and creamy , Burji is supposed to be crispy and spicy . People eat eggs with different textures , for me this is not raw but many people may think this is raw as they are comparing it with Burji
All the people complaining here about the eggs being too raw/too firm/too much cream or butter - When you make it, cook it a few seconds more or less as per your preference. And remember that the more cream you add, the richer tasting the end product. It's just that here we are seeing the amount being added, have you gone to a hotel kitchen and checked ever? The video is a guideline only. Personally I feel the consistency here is the optimum one. The list of complaints here, Geez.
Hi Varun...today I tried your method of preparing scrambled eggs... followed all your instructions to the T...and the eggs turned out perfectly scrambled, smooth and fluffy. And yes, I did not use as much butter as you have. Yet it came out well. Thanks.
I really appreciate your posts. As both my sons are professional chefs. It's the perfect scramble eggs and that's how it suppose to be prepared. I know alot of us Indian folks can really complain..Greetings from Durban, South Africa.
Tried to cook this. It turned out really soft, delicious and yum! Unfortunately, can't post the photo here. Thank you for this easy and tasty recipe 😄😄
Thank you very much for the full recipe in the description box. Many people say this is unhealthy full of fat etc etc, in the comment box. But for that matter any tasty food would contain ingredients like this. We should take care of our food. Chef is not your diet manager. There are so many health recipes for them on low calorie. For that why should others compromise.
I am just thinking what Gordon would do if he sees you cooking like this! 🤣🤣 |Eggs & Butter alone would go well but it takes time! For this particular recipe i will go with Gordon’s style! 🤙🏻😍
No. If you lookup other egg videos on youtube, you will see that in western recipes they cook the egg very little (like in this video). I am not saying what is "right" or "wrong". I am just saying that when we cook our omelette it is not as raw as the output of this video.
Abhishek Srivastava Hmmmmm a huge generalisation but I myself have seen some raw eggs cooked by European cooks/chefs but however I am classed as a European and I would not eat the egg in the above video nor would I cook an egg like that.
patrice58 May be you should check Jamie Oliver's French style scrambled eggs. It was gooey and runny and seemed gross. Varun has done a much better version.
Salmaan Nawaz Kahn also why inmandar wade it bland , are we some white people or stuff . we are normal indian who eat normal spiced food .....now its not my problem whites consider it fucking spicy
Lol .. literally when he said keep an eye on bread, I paused the video and went to the kitchen. I completely forgot that I have kept bread on tawa🤦🏻♀️
Adding cream in scrambled eggs is a good idea, but I believe you have used much more cream than required. Because of that the yellowish colour of scrambled eggs has lost. Now it's looks whitish.

Most of the Indians even doesn't like soft boiled eggs for them it's raw...
Same goes to my family from Pakistan lol they think it's not well cooked cuz of softness and said that it's not even spicy
Hit the bull's-eye.

Can I use malai (milk) ?
Can I use milk or milk powder instead of fresh cream ?
How much time does it take have scrambled eggs
Nice but I would personally add a couple sausages on the plate as well.
Come on. This is 2017, we don't want to offend any Muslim's do we.
DamBreeeze13 Who's offending Muslims? You can get halal sausages if that's what you mean?
putting pork on the internet is just not fair to Muslims. How dare you.
DamBreeeze13 Ever heard of beef sausages?
Ever heard of respecting other peoples damn religion's?
super duper
I don't think Indians eat eggs so soft and a bit creamy we're not Gordon Ramsey's people
Salmaan Nawaz Kahn true that .. where is the lamb sauce
Salmaan Nawaz Kahn also why inmandar wade it bland , are we some white people or stuff . we are normal indian who eat normal spiced food .....now its not my problem whites consider it fucking spicy

Manisha Reddy you can use nutralite butter instead of amul butter coz of its low fat, low cholestrol content...much healthier and also delicious.

Lol .. literally when he said keep an eye on bread, I paused the video and went to the kitchen. I completely forgot that I have kept bread on tawa🤦🏻♀️
