I went there in jan 2018.. just amazing scenries everywhere from the top... you can hear the wind sound .also the kashmir mountains were also visible..took 3 hours to go up there on foot yet it was one of the best experience

This snow is nothing as compared to 10 years ago, one could hear and see massive avalanche falling from the top of makhshpuri far away from Kashmir . Now it hardly covers it's top with a few inches of snow every year. Fire is set in the jungle of ayubya and it covers every area around it, makhshpuri mirajani . Global warming is real,it's happening and I have seen makhshpuri change year by year. The beauty of snow is gone , deforestation is at it's peak. Plant more trees for your generations to come
