2024-09-08 Rally Day photos

Sunday was Rally Day at Concordia. Here are some photos of the well-attended, well-received event. It consisted of four different stations which all focused on Jesus' resurrection. The first station was making butter by shaking whipping cream in a small baby jar. The second station was salt painting. Why salt painting? Because of the tears shed by those who mourned Jesus' death. The third station was a Memory Game. Participants looked at a display and then tried to write down all of what they saw once the display was covered up. The final station was Butterfly where participants traced and then cut out fancy paper which was then made into butterflies. Thanks to Nancy Riggins and all who helped pull this off. Enjoy!
