The odds of triple axel only hitting once in two uses of the move are like 1% lol
I'm convinced there's some spaghetti code cursing 90% accuracy moves because those are the moves that ALWAYS miss for me. High jump kick? Guaranteed miss the first time. Roll out? Lucky to get 2 consecutive hits, never more than that. But AI hits it every time for the full 5 turns. The math ain't mathing.

@Chosen One yes he missed the first one, which had a 10% chance of happening. Then he hit only one of the triple axels which has a 9% chance of happening.
You were close enough. It was a 0.9% chance to happen (10% x 9%).
@Alsebra did you notice I said "like" 1% and not "exactly" 1%? I guess your reading was close enough, though.

It didn't matter that Sheer Cold missed walrein, it would have failed anyway, because ice type Pokémon are unaffected by it

To be fair, Sheer Cold used to work on Ice Types before Gen 7 and they’ve said that they mostly played the older games.

Similar idea but you could ask to know one Pokemon, left, middle, or right, and if you don't want it, the other person gets to choose which of the 2 remaining Pokemon you get.
Quick asks Chilln to hear the right Pokemon, the right is a Cleffa, he doesn't want Cleffa, so Chilln decides if he gets the left or the middle option

hey quick, mimikyus eyes are, in fact, not the scribbles on it’s disguise. they’re the black dots on it’s stomach. mimikyu is what’s underneath the disguise, not the yellow costume it’s usually wearing, hence the ghost typing.
fun fact, even though it looks like a pikachu clone, it actually hates pikachu a lot. lmao

Egg Battleship.
6 boxes full of eggs with random pokemon. Each person takes a turn and says a box, row and number in that row and both people take the egg in their spot.
Example GG says box 3 row 2 number 4 and they both take that egg. (Fully evolved or with babies. Players choice there)
What if you both spin the wheel for 2 types, and then you both have to find a baby, middle and fully evolved pokemon for those types. So Chilln could get dragon and grass type on the wheel, and his team would be Bagon, Shelgon, Salamence (in the same evo line) or Budew, Nuzleaf, Rillaboom (not in the same evo line). Probably easier to not use the same evo line since you have to find them.

Gen 9 Gym Leader Challenge. You secretly pick a typing, and catch the first 5 random fully evolved Pokemon of that type. Then you can catch a random fully evolved Pokemon of a different typing, but it has to have your Tera Type and you have to Terastalize it.

Can you do a one hit ko move challenge where you catch pokemon by trying out a one hit ko move and then fight
Video Idea: Tell each other one random stage of the evolution line of a pokemon and the other will risk or take it without knowing what stage that pokemon actually is. For the pokemon with no evolution stage they are just skipped or you can make to take those as lucky picks.
Guys just for future reference, ice types are immune to sheer cold!! Great vid btw

Here's an idea for you both:
Roll a D6
Whatever the number you must random encounter a Pokémon with something pertaining to that number (E.G. roll a 3 and random encounter a Tauros which you catch because it has 3 tails).
Random encounter
Random Pokémon
Random abilities
Fully evolved
3 skips
Roll 6 sided die to determine feature of Pokémon to capture

One thing that could add an interesting twist to the challenges is a coin flip. So if it’s chillins video, quick picks heads or tails. If he calls it right you guys keep the teams you caught for each other . If it’s wrong, you guys swap teams. Or something along those lines. The idea would be that maybe giving the other all babies could back fire on you. Anyway, love the videos!
Funny that quickgg didn't realize that sheer cold didn't effect the walrein because it's an ice type and not that he missed it
Back when they played Pokemon before stopping for a while, Sheer Cold did work on Ice types so it’s understandable.

You need to do a random starter challenge where you know the first letter of their names or something and then pick 2 (1 for you and 1 for the other). Then at the end you'll have 12 Pokemon each and can choose 3 you picked and 3 the other picked for you to battle with.

guys why don't you make videos with older generations of games anymore? I'm sure there's a ton of people like me who loved the nostalgia from older generations just as much as your fun battles when you started making these videos. Plus the variety in scenery would help considering your videos have become concentrated on gen 8 😅
The newer games make this format so much easier to make. Its so much extra work to transfer data drived pokemon to one account for a video, unless you mean back to pokemon showdown, in which case, its less flashy and not as engaging. I assume that's the case as to why they don't do them much anymore
@Skjöldolfr Honestly, using emulators to use netplay multiplayer has always been really easy esp if you're on the same wifi network which I assume these guys would be since they're roommates. Still, I agree with you that gen 8 battles are the most visually engaging which is why I would be happy to revisit older gens only occasionally

Next Video Idea, You both Choose Randomized Legendary starters and you get a chance to choose whether you can give any ability or any moveset, only 1 thing either Ability or moves.

Can u do one where u can only pick a pokemon if it was on Ash's team at one point during the anime.
So that means you can evolve the babies but only if ash let them evolve or had a fully evolved one on his team 😊

You can only catch Pokemon that start with each letter in your names.
So QuickGG can only catch Pokemon that begin with the letters Q U I C K and G
Just pick six letters from Chillin Play so it's fair. So Chillin Play can only catch Pokemon that begin with C H I L N P A or Y.
