- Regenerative investments are key in Permaculture. This video discusses what a regenerative investment is and compares them to degenerative and generative investments. Oregon State University Free Permaculture Course (open.oregonstate.edu/courses/p...)
Took my Permaculture Design Certificate with Oregon State. Great course! very interesting, well done, and useful. I recommend it wholeheartedly.
Such easy to understand, thank you very much!
Thanks SO much! I really appreciate this series! Very much looking forward to the free online course next spring!! For the record, in case anyone cares, I vote for excluding the music...... it would just make it so much easier to hear the speaker without the competing distraction. : )
Thank you Sir, Love this from Indonesia Sir
SO glad you love it!
great video indeed.
so was thinking: for the car alternative - is to purchase a electric vehicle by which the degrading parts and components can be up-cycled/reused and/or recycled.
advanced electrical engineering required..
permaculture gonna have another principle 😇
Amazing course! For me the most awesome course I did so far in Permaculture.
So if I get a bicycle as an investment, and I do bike packing around countries + all (or 95%) of all my commuting.
I almost don't spent money on gas, or bus tickets, insurance, metro etc. It benefits my physical and mental health if I am doing it right, and I don't need to harm the environment. I am flexibel and independent, but limited if I want to cycle at mid day time in the Sahara.
But still, over the time the value of the bike and the equipment decreases. I need to spend as well money and time on reperations and new parts of the bike after some time. So it's a degenerative investment, and becomes generative?
Sorry for this one :D
