I've had mine for about six months now and love them. What makes these so good for metal is that the treble isn't overpowering, which means you can turn your music up to loud volumes without these headphones hurting your ears.
In comparison, Grado headphones are probably the worst at having too much treble. If the volume goes higher than the halfway point, you're getting tons of high-pitched treble shrieking in your ears to the point where it's almost unlistenable.
I can't agree with "teeny, tiny details". They are INCREDIBLY muffled if you not listening loud enough OR using EQ. It feels like you listening through the wall. But a bit of tweaks in the EQ app and it makes a lot of difference.

got a pair out of curiosity they are good headphones if you take the time to EQ your sound source, no good for just plug and play but get them right and they are very good
As an owner of this headphones is my duty to warn everyone that they shouldn't buy this, not only the delays in delivery of the headphones themselves and the app ( we are still waiting from the original q4 2023, but they also change the specification of the headphones, the most outrageous one is that they removed the best Bluetooth codec LHDC without telling the backers or the buyers, and they only removed it from the specification website after I spend weeks with them over emails trying to figure out why I wasn't able to connect using that codec, why is that codec important? because is the only hifi codec the Heavys should have, and that codec was one of the main reason I bought it. at first they told me that the codec would come with the firmware update, but then after pressing them a little they finally told me that it wasnt going to be in the first version of the heavys and only with heavys 2.0 when I asked for a refund they stop answering. DO NOT BUY THIS.
the only way to get hifi quality audio from this is while connected via usb cable, the 3.5 connector will kill the sound of the headphones ( that is good enough I admit) but the cable they provide with them is not capable of transmitting audio for some reason...
