I was hoping he'd talk about The Birdcage more - he was absolutely hilarious in that movie.
Agreed! More backstory, because they switch midway through him explaining: In the french version, Agador was only in the one scene at the beginning, but then they had a black butler. They had the part cast and everything, and then they realized that was pretty racist - even if it was following the source material. So, they made the amazing decision to take away that character, and make Agador the dresser and the maid, and the rest was history! I have the original DVD and it came with a booklet that talked about that and other interesting things.

Who did he play? That show was my childhood, definitely my favorite version of Spider-Man
I can't believe they completely skipped "Run, Fatboy, Run". That was a memorable role for Hank.

one of the most talented, humble and down to earth actors, very underrated.
It's funny cuz I associate him with Godzilla. That was the first thing I ever saw him in before I realized he voiced characters on The Simpsons
I never thought Godzilla was a bad movie. I don't realize why it didn't do well.
I know he's only in it for a second but I love that he's the dad in Maniac. It was a small role but I felt like it was important because it gets her going or makes her click. Love him. He'll be in stuff as long as he wants to be.
Hank Azaria. What a cinematic gem. Can do TV and movies. I'm very glad he discussed Mystery Men. But i wish he had talked about Night at the Museum 2.

honorable mention was his performance as frank grimes on the simpsons. as a 1 episode character, hank made that character one of the highlights of the series

I’m kind of upset that he didn’t mention “Spamalot” during the 2005 portion of the timeline, given that he was nominated for a Best Actor Tony for his performance.

Aw, I kinda wanted to hear more about Agador Spartacus. Also, Mystery Men is actually pretty good. Not GREAT, but pretty good. He was great in it though; all 3 leads were. I also wish he talked about Spiderman TAS and Herman's Head.

UPRISING was an excellent movie and great MAJOR roll for Azaria. i'm really surprised they left that one out. oh well. he's on the dvd commentary.
Have been a long time casual fan of the simpsons show so I was introduced to Hank Through the Dan LeBatard show and Highly Questionable on ESPN in the last few months. What a cool guy what a massive talent too. So funny and smart.
