Greetings,
Friends in this video we will talk about the correct way to prepare the frame of Gypsum Board Flse Ceiling. We will also talk about the used channels and hardware in Gypsum board false ceiling. The used channels are:-
1:- CEILING ANGLE :- It is used to provide suspensions from the structural soffit in other words we can say It is used to suspend over all frame on it. It means It carries over all weight of frame including Gypsum board and all.
2:- INTERMEDIATE CHANNEL :- It is primary section to support the ceiling section.
3:- PERIMETER CHANNEL :- It is used to fix arround the walls and also used for partitions.
4:- CEILING SECTION:- Ceiling section is used as the main supporting section to fix plasterboard/gypsum board to create primary section to support the ceiling.
5:- CONNECTING CLIP:- Connecting Clips are used to connect the ceiling section or U section to to the Intermediate channel or tube channel.
6:- RAWL PLUG:- Expandable fastner to hold the ceiling.
7:- SOFFIT CLEAT:- To hold the ceiling angle/MS flat/level clip suspensions of framework from the structural soffit.
