I do have the same problem. Im using win8. It solved when i change compatibility software to run as win7 compatibility. After changed to win7 compatibility, restart software. I hope this step might be help more and less.

I do not know if this will work for you but I am having this problem for about a week now. So what I am using is an old Lenovo T400 laptop with windows 7 os. I do not have any problems with my other unit aside from this one since I have decided to use this laptop for CCTV monitoring with V380 for pc. I've tried every update and found out that you just need a graphic driver for it to work. I just open up my windows update and saw that there is one available update for my laptops graphic accelerator. The name of the software for the update that I just installed was "Intel(R) Graphic Media Accelerator for Mobile." I didn't make any changes on the settings I just installed it and restated my laptop that's it. I don't know if this will for you but hope this will help you to figure out yours. Thank you.
