Kelvin, thanks for your video. I like your goal but be careful of the 4% rule. It is just a rule of thumb for people at retirement, so much older than 40yo. The 4% should also increase in line with inflation which means that your portfolio should at least earn above inflation and be in riskier assets. Rates are higher now but if we ever go back to ultra low rates, the 4% rule doesn't work because less risky assets don't earn 4%.

DEFI stuff are not approved by MAS. It has the usual risks like platform hack, rugpull, stablecoin depegging. You can use it, then buy insurance, or take a small risk that you can lose everything

I don't like SG stocks as their growth is very limited. There's no fixed strategy, i do both method. For option videos, you can check out "tastytrade" or "kamikazecash".
