- It Bites perform The Tall Ships live in Carlisle. Taken from the DVD 'It happened one night' Go and buy the dvd from www.itbites.com, you won't regret it! *I don't own this footage but thought I'd upload it to share more of It bites live to a wider audience
Just a superb song and arrangement. The interplay between melody and harmony on the chorus is genius. Would love to cover this one some day …
John Beck is still one of my fave keyboard players! Loved I.B since the 80's. ❤️
John Beck, the genius and master keyboard player.
No comments? Jeez.
Recorded with John Mitchell at his studio in reading. Great guy. This is one of the best live songs I've ever heard.
I want this played at my funeral... Beautiful
you won't hear it...
Brilliant memories of this night
Beautiful song... One of the best ones on "The Tall Ships", the (great !) album... John Mitchell doesn't have to try to emulate Francis Dunnery's vocals, he's got his own style, and that's close enough, anyway. A pity not more people watched this... I'll share it in a few music groups.
fantastic!!!
Just so damn good . . .
Exquisite beauty
jOHN IS SO UNDERRATED, TO ME HE IS A GENIUS
A super talented musician and great songwriter, his songs convey a lot, as you said he is a total genius! Greetings
