So V=Vo
As 0.61(0)=0

I think u r misunderstanding the question
Question mai poch rha hai ki 1C° raise jab temperature mai ayay ga tho velocity kitna increase hoga.
So 0.61m/s for each one degree raise.
Vo is not zero. It's value is 332m/s.
