What makes me extra happy is knowing I can keep eating what I eat now and maintain my current weight and I still eat the same things I did 6 months ago where I felt bad about my weight. You don’t need to cut out the things that make you happy to lose weight. If you lose weight and feel unhappy along the way you’re more likely to give up entirely. This is why crash/fad diets don’t work in the long term. Sure, they might make their weight loss goal but they don’t have the “discipline” to keep eating like that because it doesn’t make them happy. Any diet that’s says “you 100% cannot eat X” is a bad diet with an unhealthy relationship with food. Then they return to their old eating habits not knowing how to regulate their behavior around the food they do enjoy and end up gaining the weight back because they didn’t learn “discipline” for those kinds of food. But if you start with eating what you like but with regulation and “discipline” like you said, you’re more likely to stick with it for the rest of your life. And saying if you eat chips then get on a treadmill is bad. You shouldn’t treat exercise as a negative punishment. You want to keep exercise as a positive experience separate from what you do with your diet. If you happen to eat more calories that’s fine… but don’t punish yourself for it.

I am no specialist, but here are my 2 cents. If a person go on a calorie deficit changing ONLY his diet without muscle training and other exercises. The basal metabolic rate will decrease and the person will be able to eat even less calories in the future otherwise the weight will be back. There is more, the "calories" a person eats are also important, insulin spikes are an important part of the process of "storing fat". So yes, imo the tips mentioned in the video are awesome!!
If you look at the vast majority of people who want to lose weight, it’s going to be irrelevant to say that there’s a particular way to do it, especially one that involves such drastic measures. The best way to lose weight is to change your diet in a way that you will sustain.
There are several commonalities to ALL effective diets. 1) No Sugar 2) No processed foods 3) adequate roughage 4) healthy fats 5) organic wherever possible. Do those things and you will lose weight and you will get healthier.

Absolutely, losing weight and getting in shape can be a challenge, but with a little dedication and some useful tips, it can certainly be achievable. Here are 10 tips to help men lose 10 pounds: Create a Caloric Deficit: To lose weight, you need to consume fewer calories than you burn. This can be achieved by eating smaller portions and choosing low-calorie, nutrient-dense foods. Protein Intake: Increase your protein intake as it can help reduce hunger, boost metabolism, and promote muscle growth, all of which contribute to weight loss. Regular Exercise: Incorporate both strength training and cardio into your routine. Strength training helps build lean muscle mass, which can increase your metabolism, and cardio is great for burning calories. Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day. It can help curb hunger and boost your metabolism. Healthy Sleep: Prioritize getting a good night's sleep. Lack of sleep can interfere with hunger hormones and lead to weight gain. Limit Processed Foods and Sugars: These are often high in calories and low in nutrients. Opt for whole foods instead. Eat Plenty of Fiber: Fiber can slow the absorption of sugar into your bloodstream and prevent overeating by making you feel fuller. Manage Stress: High stress levels can trigger cravings and lead to weight gain. Try techniques like meditation, yoga, or other relaxation methods. Keep Track: Maintain a food journal to track what and how much you're eating. This can help identify patterns and areas where you can make improvements. Stay Consistent: Weight loss is a journey, not a sprint. Keep motivated, stay consistent, and remember that every healthy choice brings you one step closer to your goal. Remember to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new weight loss program. It's important to choose a program that's right for you and your specific health needs.
Ayy just understand you don’t need to cut it all out right now and you don’t even need to cut all of this to lose a large amount of weight. Take it one at a time, as long as you are making an active effort to eat healthier by eating healthier foods and depending on your goal, eating less then you’ll get healthy. So keep working hard, you got this 💪
Lost me at “entirely”. Couldn’t imagine not having a nice cocktail at luxurious places or a Mexican beer with a lime on the boat. Some of these people and all their “absolutes” are way too excessive. A drink isn’t gonna lol you or change anything at all. A junk food meal once in a while between your clean diet routine isn’t gonna change anything. You won’t be on your death bed regretting that burger you had or having a few too many drinks on vacation. Live.

Various government agencies set upper limits for radiation exposure. People living with multiple wireless hotspots, who additionally use Bluetooth and a multitude of radiation emitting devices, are oftentimes exposed to much greater concentrations of radiation levels than those deemed safe by the regulatory agencies. Moderate amounts of none-ionizing radiation is considered safe, this does not mean that none-ionizing radiation is harmless.
@@pmiller7148When it comes to losing weight, it literally is. Calories are what determine if you lose weight.

Why is everyone so against counting calories? It's one of the easiest most basic ways to lose weight... 🤷

If you look at the vast majority of people who want to lose weight, it’s going to be irrelevant to say that there’s a particular way to do it, especially one that involves such drastic measures. The best way to lose weight is to change your diet in a way that you will sustain.

Absolutely, losing weight and getting in shape can be a challenge, but with a little dedication and some useful tips, it can certainly be achievable. Here are 10 tips to help men lose 10 pounds:
Create a Caloric Deficit: To lose weight, you need to consume fewer calories than you burn.
Dont quit cardio. Do both instead
Yes. Agreed.
I don't get that. You most definitely need cardio.
Thanks for the tips. Nice hair too!

The key is not to look for alternatives, especially in the beginning. Just do a strict keto diet and intermittent fasting in the beginning.
