So far only Philippines and Taiwan have caused deaths of fishermen in the South China Sea. Taiwan has killed 2 China fishermen whilst in 2013, eight Philippines Coastguards were convicted of shooting and killing 1 ethnic Chinese Taiwanese fishermen. China has not killed any Philippines or Taiwanese fishermen! Nuff said.
