That scenario about what happened in 1999 to justify the war in Checheyn seems plausible. Ukraine didn’t do this.
Yeah, you clearly see it's something exploding on the first or second floor. You don't see any missile. Also Russians stated that it was a debris from a shot down missile, and a debris doesn't explode like that. Thus, that was a planted explosive to create a false flag operation, or it was a fab bomb relesed too fast and then exploded.

It was the reality. Putin has been doing these sort of things ever since he came into power in 1999. That was not the only 'event' that he has caused. Sadly the world has been sleeping all this time and justifying his actions. That is the reason why Ukraine has happened in 2014 and 2022, just like Georgia in 2008.

I'm so glad you mentioned civilians. This is an important topic. Kharkiv, a city of over a million people is under daily bombardment by russia. Over 20,000 homes have been destroyed since the start of the war. These are not military targets. The situation is similar to the Blitz in London during WW2. russia is hitting the centre of Kharkiv daily with glide bombs. Glide bombs lack accuracy. However, russia has targeted fire stations throughout the region with Iranian drones. It uses 'double tap' strikes to kill first responders. Civilians die every day. Since December 2023, Kharkiv has been hit by more missiles than at any other point in the war. These are war crimes.

putin is desperate to gain popularity and excuses to continue this disaster of a campaign in ukraine.
This is reminiscent of the bomb attacks carried out by the FSB in 1999 to unite the population behind the “strong” man Putin.

I know this one was not a missile. But Russians raining missiles down on their own city. Typical. 👀
The blast came out horizontally, if it was a munition dropped from an aircraft the explosion would have exited partially thru the penetration point at an upward angle. So, unless the bomb was travelling perfectly horizontally and ran into the front of the building at ground level, I'd say this was a placed munition.

Just because they're penetrative bomb doesn't mean the explosion doesn't escape out the way it came in, the explosive pattern doesn't try to go up cause there was no penetrative done!
