Re: dumpster fire... i feel your pain, friend. All of the stores near me here in Indianapolis are terrible! The stores in Austin were better, but nothing like this!
That's because the manager has wonderful customers that don't go in with kids and destroys the stores. Usually when you see a Dollar tree not well kept up; is because of the location that is located at and the people. I got to one where is located in the projects and forget it, the poor manager can't keep up with the people because they go in there, leave the kids running around, they don't watch there kids and there kids be throwing every thing around and making a huge mess. The poor employees every day has to be picking up every thing and trying to organize it all. it's like an hurricane went in there and hit it. Now with not much help, not much can't get done. So the people should be a shame of themselves; to aloud that kind of destruction, in someone else's property. When I go in the stores, I be trying to help them by picking up a bit, but it's so over whelming for me that I have to give up after a while and remember I don't get pay for that.
I'm guessing that (a) they've grown accustomed to the filming and have internalised that they need to set a higher bar & I'm also guessing (b): Catherine's doing a quick tidy before hitting "record". (Creating a virtuous circle where she and the store staff are taking care of each other!)
Just a good safety FYI: if the sterno is marked ‘ethanol,’ then it’s ok to roast marshmallows. If it says methanol, it’s not safe for direct food heating.
THank you for your message of "you are enough". It just helps to hear that every once in awhile. Sometimes, life just seems tough. It's one thing after another; to hear positive encouragement just brightens the day.
Use the ice trays with a lid to freeze coffee and use them in place of ice in iced coffee. Doesn't water down your drink! Also works with juice, tea, etc... 😊
I guess it is up the the manager of the store and how proud she or he is to keep it tidy and inviting. If they take proud in they job should all look like this DT.
I work at a Dollar Tree, and the manager receives directives as to what is stacked in the aisles etc. I know the store I work goes crazy with the clip strips too, they are everywhere. Lol

It depends a lot on what kind of building they have to work with. In my part of Florida they’re cramped and hard to clean, with one exception. In the part of Illinois where I grew up, most are large and well-lit.

Hi. Thank you for your wonderful videos! I love your enthusiasm and great ideas! Another use for cupcake tins: Because I'm here in earthquake country (California) I keep several cupcake tins filled with battery-operated votive candles or tealights (no candle flames after earthquakes because of possible gas leaks) and stash a tin or two in each room, under beds or in back of cabinets but easy to reach in the dark). The shiny metal enhances the light. The foil-type cupcake tins sometimes come with lids, which your kids can decorate with stickers or paint, to use during storage.

Found a Wilton Cake pan this week that was on Amazon for $11.00. I couldn’t believe it. It was13x9x2. I bought 6. I also found a 7 outlet powerstrip. It was $12 on Amazon. Unbelievable. Love your finds today. Just have to search it out!!
I discovered that velcro dots, or cut pieces, work amazingly to keep your picture frames straight on the wall! Even just one in one corner No more crooked pics, esp those frames that only have the inverted V hanger, that never stay straight! I haven't had a crooked frame in over a year! The velcro will hold pics, but only about 6 to 8 months and 5x7 fall. So still hang it and just stabilize
My favorite product was the whole store. I have never seen a store that size. I live next to a DT and was thrilled when they put in the fridge and freezer wall, I should say half wall. The other half of the wall or store is cleaning products. My store is pathetic compared to yours. Definitely going to check out that link. Great video, love seeing everything that DT really does carry. Jewels 💎
I love the great finds you have revealed to us. I don't have a Dollar Tree Super store like yours but you have given me many ideas. My town has 2 smaller stores that don't have many items you have pointed out and they are in disarray and not managed well, but I am sure I can find some of the items you showed that impressed me. Thank you for taking time to inform us on how to save money, in theses times every penny counts.
I am in love with the splatter screen "jewelry holder!" I will be heading to my DT to get one! I am excited about being able to see all of my earrings!
I've seen where they place them in a vase.....use colored sand or stones and place the splatter screen handle in....can than be set on a shelf or bathroom counter to hold your earrings
The manager of that DT should be very proud. That store looks so neat and tidy.

I've been doing diy tricks, hacks & crafts for as long as I can remember!! There are really some amazing gems within the Dollar TREE! Things you would never think to be in a Dollar store.. Every once in awhile you'll find very rare items that are name brand from some of the higher end stores! SO yeah its pretty great! Dollar TREE 🌳shopper for life!♡😉
Kathryn I love all of the items in this video. I really love the part with you and Monica. Absolutely beautiful.
joined the group, thanks for spotlighting her!
YAAAAASSS THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO!!
I discovered that velcro dots, or cut pieces, work amazingly to keep your picture frames straight on the wall! Even just one in one corner
No more crooked pics, esp those frames that only have the inverted V hanger, that never stay straight! I haven't had a crooked frame in over a year! The velcro will hold pics, but only about 6 to 8 months and 5x7 fall. So still hang it and just stabilize
The ice trays with a lid is something I’ve never seen!!
Jewels 💎
The dollar trees near me never look like yours. I’m so jealous!
Same! Here in pa we have the most pathetic dollar tree
Same
OMG I love the diy fire pit. I am so going to try this out. Thanks for sharing all these dollar store tips.
I use those gold baskets for citrus on my bar cart with the dollar tree bamboo cutting boards :)
Ok, the fire pit was amazing!!! Wow!
Totally agree!!!
I absolutely loved the fire pit idea!!! I have to give that a try. I never would have thought of it. Thank you!!! Love your channel and your energy!!
I am in love with the splatter screen "jewelry holder!" I will be heading to my DT to get one! I am excited about being able to see all of my earrings!
Mine are all shoved into little drawers in my jewelry box. The splatter shield makes much more sense!
I've seen where they place them in a vase.....use colored sand or stones and place the splatter screen handle in....can than be set on a shelf or bathroom counter to hold your earrings
I love every time you post a video I learn about so many different products, diys or just a positive reminder that I am enough. 💜
I use the oil dispensers for my dawn dish soap!
Hi Arie
I loved them all, but especially love the fire pit and the earring screen ideas.
