Vertuta with apples

Vertuta is a roll made of stretched dough, it comes in different shapes and with various fillings. It is very easy to prepare such a roll, and the result is magnificent, very elastic dough, which makes the pastry thin, layered, and crispy, and the apple filling is always good. An excellent dessert for coffee or tea, a bit like strudel.
