Same with mine too i searched on you machines company website (for Hotpoint) and F06 means faulty door lock… so youre better off buying new pieces for the door lock and fixing yourself or buying a new machine entirely

F12 code on mine - everyone says contact a specialist. To fix I shut the WM door firmly and that turns machine off, press the on button and back in business.
