That is 6 teams with more relevance this century than Kentucky.

One guy was lights out and the team shot 50% on free throws.....this team was beating Kentucky no matter what

I've seen Kentucky coach John Calipari on more commercials lately than in March madness wins...not surprised. I'll take the hungry team any day over a pampered mindset. And I did choose Oakland in my bracket

@tainanking Tubby won a championship and in 10 seasons, his worst record was 22-13. He also never lost in the first round.
So saying Kentucky was "bad" under Tubby is inaccurate.

All we hear about in Cincy across the River is how great a team UK has. Kentucky has no pro teams and so Louisville and UK are it. I am very happy for Oakland.

Gohlke a man among boys, almost literally. Maturity mattered in this one.
These cohesive older teams from small schools are increasingly underrated. This leads to more and more early round upsets. Kentucky is particularly susceptible to early-round upset because of its perennial inexperience.

I'm a lifelong Jayhawks fan, but it was not an upset for KU to lose to the Zags. Frankly, with how shorthanded they were, it would not have been an upset for them to lose in Rd. 1 to Samford. Time to reload for next year.

If you watched UK this year...Then there was nothing shocking about the loss..........They either show up or they dont..Today was another no show...But that guy from Oakland hit some crazy 3's........
They don’t play defense, they hit some big shots down the stretch but just failed to get stops.
The UK tourny selection was based on reputation not record.
