I'm a Filipino. My parents were arranged marriage. They never knew each other. My mother is from Dinagat Island and my father is from Bohol. My father sailed to Dinagat Island with some family members on his father sailboat. They stopped at my mother's hometown and the people asked him if he is single? My mother is very beautiful. So the people in town were so proud to arranged them. They got married and never inseparable. They are now 85 and 90 year old. They have 7 children. My father was a successful politician and businessman. I guess they accepted people's wishes and grow up to love each other.
