Happy to help. ROI is typically 2 to 3 years. Monthly earnings vary per location. Based on experience, daily average sales of ₱3,500 to ₱8,000 is typical. But there are locations that earn ₱20,000 up per day. Again many factors to consider. Best to do a feasibility on an actual space you plan to get. 😊

marami pong available brands in the market today. ang mga widely used ay LG, Maytag, Speed Queen, at ang latest entry Haier. pero marami pang ibang brands.
ang suggestion ko, mag visit kayo sa iba ibang shops na may iba ibang brands ng machines at i-try out nyo. maglaba kayo and note your experience.
later on makaka decide kayo kung ano ang mas gusto niyong brand.
without endorsing this brand, state ko lang na LG ang gamit ko sa shops namin.

yung mabibili po sa SM ay pwede na bang gamitin para sa laundry shop?
hindi po adviseable ang appliance type sa commercial laundry. remember ang pang household, used 2 to 3 times a week. ang commercial washer used 4 to 12 times a day. di po kakayanin ng household type for long ang load. hindi po for heavy use.

pwede po. you can start with one set washer and dryer. then offer the laundry service in your community. drop off and laundry pickup and service.
dagdagan nyo na rin ng special items cleaning like shoes, bags and stuffed toys, etc.
pwede rin kayo partner with shops nag ooffer ng dry/wet cleaning. accept kayo for them then give to them to process. mangomission kayo.
that's a start. start small. think big. keep increasing sales and reducinng cost. save the profit for expansion later.
start sa house nyo if possible para less rent. pero still set aside rent expense from business expenses. bayaran nyo sarili nyo upa.

i use LG. pero all major brands are good. sa quality and performance, reliability and durability halos parepareho naman. sa warranty, parts, services, utilities and maintenance costs nagkakaiba.
