I was utterly surprised how little I played when I bought the DLC. Hopefully mods will change this.
I really want a modifier that would make runs drastically varied with more surprises and randomness, maybe someone will be able to make it more like roguelite.

Can't wait for all the modders to take inspiration from Elden Ring. I thought the madness was already one such example.
Would be pretty cool if someone also made a nuke combat item that just combusts everything into a fire DOT till the end of the fight
Modders will put ALL of Fromsoft games (Bloodborne, Dark Souls, Sekiro, Kuon, etc.) in this game. Darkest Dungeon just mixes well those franchises. 😎

If im not wrong, in Nexus mod theres already an Infernal Flame that randomize the enemies

The first Darkest Dungeon was shaping up to be one of my favorite games ever. But i ended up not enjoying the rogueLITE nature of it (aka loosing everything). DD2 being a rogueLIKE with meta progression systems has me very excited for the console release. Definitely a day one purchase for me.

I hope they add voice mods like the narrator in Black Reliquary! Wayne is awesome, and so are other actors. Just Imagine Steve Blum, Laura Bailey, Nolan North, Troy Baker, Christian Bale, etc. narrating your journey!

Can we not nerf maa before enemies get changed again , I know he’s the best hero but I don’t wanna have to deal with a game where there’s now almost impossible bosses with out him , try fighting Levi or act 2, act 4 with out maa it’s possible but to point where it’s not even fun doing it

Can't. DD1 players are too busy running 20 garbage dungeons with random stagecoach fodder to replace their one dead healer.
They too busy spending 20 hours grinding their resolute 6 hero they lost. Cause grinding equals more feeling hurt from your lost Sprite. Get out with this old game nonsense

DD2 got a lot better after Binding Blades. Way better than DD1.
