a quick question,i left the game about a year ago do you think it worth playing it back again? i was stuck in t3 and it was very difficult for me to play because enemies were too strong for me and all

A lot has changed in the past year, so its up to you to pick up where you had left off. Comes down to if you are willing to commit to a game or if you have other commitments it might not be best but you will need to make that conclusion

What is requirement lvl for Raid other player ranch?

I don't believe there is a requirement. If your buying a map in Silverton its just a matter of doing that and doing the raid.
