The coach is a guy who's there alone. Has everyone against him or with him depending on his capacity to win or lose. But YOU are the one making the decisions. Based on your knowledge of the game. The only way to survive is if you can tell the club's president to f*** off. And tell him not to intervene in sporting matters or else "good bye I'm leaving".
You need to have the strength to say "this guy according to you is the best player. But I'm not convinced by him so he's staying out". If you don't have that mental strength, that character, you can't be 1st team coach in clubs like FC Barcelona, Ajax Amsterdam or Manchester United...
It has nothing to do with football quality or the vision, nothing, it's about character and boldness. To reach your goal. If there's a player that bothers your plans, maybe because he's not doing what you expect from him, you need to "liquidate him". If you can't do that, for whatever reason, go take a normal team, live a good life and enjoy it.
Being 1st coach in those clubs is not pleasant. You'd think "I'll coach them and enjoy it". No, it's quite unpleasant. It can be a painful experience.

I think we'll be fighting for LaLiga and have a good chance of winning it. The league rewards consistency and Barça is a solid team.
For the UCL or CdR it's hard to predict : in those tournaments, 1 bad game, some key players injured, a refereeing mistake or any little unexpected event a and you're eliminated. So the outcome is hard to predict.
