Nice. Except they're licensed as agricultural support buildings so you can't actually live there. Which makes it worth about € 2000,= at the most. Edit: the buildings are not ;licensed at all. So a liability.
@@WhiteRvssian2023 🧐😅, please take me you to see properties like this for that price. I’ll pay you a good fee. But similar to this one with all it has on it.
Land doesn't come cheap!!! As for finding land for £2000 please show us where in Portugal you can find arable land of equal size to this one for that small amount of money.
It would be helpful if you could tell us the orientation of the properties you show - where the sun rises and sets. I'm trying to guess on this one - judging by the shadows of the trees, and assuming you were filming in the late morning, I'm guessing the "pointy bit" with the first gate is the north, more or less? That would mean your car was facing west approximately? Thank you!
Got my answer. It is unfortunate that the local authorities will not allow people to live on the farm. We have technology, electricity and septic tank systems available. The government could make money by allowing the property designations to change. Having these lands habitable may decrease the fires in the area. Well maintained land and habitable properties is beneficial to everyone.
Despite being an agricultural building you can stay there. It’s not a documented habitation, therefore you can’t use it to apply for a Visa if needed be, other than that just enjoy.

Hi Luis! One question. What is the best option to get drinking water? Would adding cement rings inside the well and capping it be a solution? Or is it cheaper to have a borehole dug up? Thanks!
Very lovely property, thank you for the tour! I'm already dreaming of finding a good solicitor that could have the pre-1950 part made legal for habitation. Or perhaps you have a nearby house for sale in the village?

Thanks for the visit of this beautiful property.
A property with a realistic price and beautiful features.
This is gorgeous! Completely walled with that beautiful granite. A little gem !
Really lovely farm. I have found my dream Portugal house with land now, but I would seriously consider viewing this property if I was still looking..

another great property with loads of potential, good luck luis.
Beautiful!
Seems like a very nice place, except the license-issue for making it a home :/
Nice little property if you have the money to recreate the barn into a house.
Very nice Luis , Nicely walled up. If you filtered the water from the well with a portable filter cannister would the water be drinkable?
I don’t that specific filter but yes, quite easily you can filter the water to be able to drink it.
Awesome value for money!
no. you're not allowed to live there as these buildings are licensed as agricultural support buildings. Worth abouot 2500 euro\s for the ground.
@@WhiteRvssian2023 please, do let me know where you find those properties for that money! I’ll be a buyer! but please, like this one! 😎🙏
not sure about 2500. But why not convince the local government to change the properties to live in

That rural building would be perfect to convert to an Earthship house.
