Tactility is a more common word that describes *probably* the same concept you’re trying to get to. I say probably cause I’m not a mind reader so if you don’t think it’s the right word then that’s totally fine 👍 just playing thesaurus over here lol
This was such a delightful process to watch and you did such a marvelous job! Love the organic shapes in your work and your handwriting. Also, super cool on the stapler hack! I always used the edge of a box and saddled the booklet on the corner, but I'm not very coordinated with it so I often had to restaple!

Just wanted to update you because I recently found one of these zine copies (it's from a few years ago, so I didn't have many left), and I thought you might be happy to know that I actually did write in the zine that the story is from the Kuba of Central Africa. On the finished zine page, 'Africa' has a star (*) next to it, and there are more specifics that credit the Kuba on that page. I was happy to find that it was there after all ^^

Thank you! I made all of my pages A4 300 dpi (21x29.7 cm), but when I printed them, they were all A6. I just used A4 in case I changed my mind later or wanted to use the illustrations for something else!

Hi! I usually use Adobe photoshop or illustrator to arrange the pages! But you can use any image editing software to do it. I save my finished pages as jpgs and then arrange them on the correct paper size. If you don’t have Adobe, you can also use web editing apps like Photopea

the measurements of this zines are A6 (search A6 for the size in cm and inches~). I transferred the art to my computer to print becaue to print with the riso you need to use a windows computer

I really love this zine the illustration and the screen printed cover are so cool. ALso this vid also got me into riso printing. I am working on a zine now and I was wondering how you got your illustration onto a zine format? I'm working on my indivvidual pages in illustrator and am expecting to photshop but the quality degrades so much. All help would be appreciated!!

How do you prepare the pages for printing?
I arrange the finished illustrations in Photoshop or Illustrator. Just some simple alignment to make sure they fit. Nothing fancy
