Lewis knows he got a unfair penalty in spa 2008. Lewis knows the safety car rules was not implied correctly for the first time since 1970. Lewis lost 2016 by mgu h and engine problem ( not starts). 2007 due to gear box issue or else he would be a world champion. 3 championships lose where he didn't do anything wrong but everything went wrong with his fate. The fact that the Governing body agreed with him shows that he was the rightful world champion in 2021 and I am sure anyone (if you're missing eyes) who has a specsavers subscription can see this also. Also the fact he could have had 3 more titles shows that he is an exceptional driver. If I'm honest he has not declined this year, he was been world class still driving that W14 up into 3rd in the championship with Russell who is also really good only 1 podium this year. I think he will only stop driving (until at an unrealistic age) when he gets that (and rightfully so) 8th world title. Hopefully if Merc can provide him a car next year he will be able to do it!!!
@@larshaver8561 Bahrain verstappen overtook Lewis outside the track. Lewis got a 25s time penalty due to this in 2008 spa bcoz he gave the position and overtook again. This rule is in f1 from more than 50 yrs. Ad21 : fia will have break data and their distance between them. Lewis breaked enough to reduce the advantage he had got by cutting the corner. Position will be given back only by the overtaker not the person getting overtaked. It is basic rule of f1. Lewis have 2 options : 1. Reduce his time distance between him and max . 2. Get a time penalty. Lewis opted for 1st option. Silverstone was a crash which is normal in f1. If u think taking out rival is bad then Michael didn't deserve 94. Senna prost didn't deserve 89 90. Crashes are normal in f1. But max himself said it was a racing incident.😅

You guys should first learn the difference between overtaking outside the track vs going outside the line. Lewis didn't go fully outside like max went. A little bit he was out. Other 19 drivers have also went out in that same corner. Should all get penalties?
