      lol thank you! Sorry you’ve been getting ignored! I know that’s frustrating. If we’re talking about the same thing, I believe the acrylic ones might be from Family Dollar. You can also get candy apple boxes as well!

    Here it is 8 months later and I'm back...
    I still want to do this for my Acting Academy to Raise money.
    I love your method... BEAUTIFUL... instead of the Cardboard others use.

    After you bake, frost, cut and wrap up can you leave in freezers until orders come in or until pick up day?

    Nice work. Love it! My 2¢… use a blue permanent marker to color your staples. :) Or hole punch and add a ribboned bow to secure.

    You have such great packaging ideas. Thank you for sharing! I just did my first boutique and I used your idea for hot cocoa bomb packaging (the dome ones). Everyone thought they looked so beautiful.

    Hi! Great video and content! Excellent detailed instructions. Question, how do I order the customized card stock labels that you stapled above the cake slices? I saw the free download for Etsy, but I'd like to order some already made. I do have 5×7 bags that I currently use for my pound cake slices. This is such a great idea! 🙂

    I love your videos. I am also a professional baker, candy maker/crafter so I love to see what other talented people are doing in their kitchens. It gives me some great ideas and I try to share some of my ideas and experiences in the comments to help others, I hope you don’t mind.     You can use a wet rag or paper towel under the pan so it wont move around alot.

    How do you ensure that your cake does not dry out in all of that refrigeration? Even though it's wrapped up, is the texture not different?

      My cakes are already moist and for some reason they just stay that way (if not become even more moist) if you let them come back to room temp while still wrapped. I know I’ve seen people use simple syrup on their slices to keep them moist as well.

    Do you by any chance have a recipe for strawberry cake? Or can we adapt this vanilla recipe and use a strawberry box? Thank you for your tutorials I just love them. I made your buttercream and I will never go back it’s great

      Yes I do the same things except use a strawberry box and sub half the milk with a strawberry compote. I’m happy to share!

      Thank you! It is. It’s instructions for storing. Pretty much to keep refrigerated or freeze until ready to use.

    How far in advance can you make these slices and do they freeze well?

      It depends on your recipes. I would follow the freezer life for that. And yes, they freeze well if wrapped properly and well. I do plastic wrap and foil.

      Thank you, you can use card stock, a type of brochure paper, or some other fancy type of paper. I just wouldn’t recommend regular paper.

    What size slices are those I would like that size for my wedding . I'll be attempting to make my own wedding cake which is also my first time making any cake let alone. A wedding cake lol .
    I want a three-tier Wedding cake to feed 40 people small wedding . But I want this size slices of the wedding cake sizes be extra small even smaller than this so I don't really want to use them as a guy but I wouldn't mind using these . What size cake pans should I use and should I double or the cakes per tier? I like the but I was interested in round cakes.
