There are a ton of uses for California Bay Leaf! The California Bay Leaf's scientific name is Umbellularia californica. The Bay Leaf has various vitamins and minerals that give benefits like treatment for diabetes, help with digestion, cardiovascular benefits, and more! Another use you can have for the California Bay leaf is to ward off grain moths. They hate this leaf!
