Actually possible if it's one of those compute sticks with intel atom .. or raspberry pi 0.. he will need like 200 in series to get 300v dc & 2 or 3 of them in parallel for more current & a cell phone charger. (Using a massive series porato pack is better due to less current draw on the potatoes as they have really low current capability like 5ma each. So if he can get 20ma at 300v then it is 6w which is barley enough to turn on raspberry pi 0 😂 just the pi not any other peripheral or display.

Funny fact: all my local computer shops (not retailer) use that cooler for testing parts. They just slap the cooler on the cpu, without threading, and it's still cinebench like a charm.

Okay I'm not sure if this is a part 2 of something. But that is an interesting cold open. Marshmallow in the socket, like it's a normal everyday thing

If you do this always use distilled water, wich is non-conductive. Normal tap water IS conductive and will cause your motherboard to short circuit and break.

  • @champpogion6828

the moral of the story from about every challenge he does is that pc parts are actually way more resistant than we actually thought. A few days ago i forgot my (wired) headphones on my pocket and it went in the washer straight away and dried some time later (here in brazil we usually don't have dryers), but it's still working perfectly as normal, and in this video he soaked up the motherboard with marshmallow, then water with sugar, then clear water and then alcohol, but it still works perfectly fine. That's because the only problem would be if the motherboard was plugged in somehow, even without any components, but since it isn't, there's no electricity running, so there's no problem. You can, theoretically, wash your pc components in normal washers btw, but it isn't really recommended since not only can the fluids corrode your components, but also some small pins might eventually pop out and your cpu would break. But in theory, it's still possible, it just shouldn't move a lot and shouldn't contain some certain fluids

Yea so.... You can stick your motherboard in a dishwasher fun fact. Just gotta let it fully dry out and make sure everything's good before and after. Sounds fucking insane and it is but that's a sorta-common way people salvage old apple motherboards with the leaky capacitors. They just put it in wash cycle and get all the shit off. Can just use normal water but I'd def recommend distilled and deionized.

    • @valles6903
