the moody blues r big business; and will always b until they all leave this mortal coil no matter which member is in control. Mr moraz was the moody's biggest mistake.
Have loved the Moody Blues since 1971/72, ages 10/11. I really gotta say this lawyer grilling the band has such a pompous, rude attitude! I grew up with Ray, Justin, John, Mike and Graeme not Moraz. He was and never was to me ever a Moody Blue. He was more like a session player but never a member!
Yeah, it's hard to judge this without knowing all the details. But on the surface it appears that Moraz WAS indeed in the band - and for more than 10 years - with his picture on the album covers and all. So to claim that he was not a full member, and merely a hired backup musician, seems kind of ridiculous.
No but I personally don’t feel Moraz had a case at all due to no documentation. Why would this very savvy band and their management not have reached an agreement with Moraz and his legal team. There wasn’t any !
If Moraz was given a paycheck according to contract, then that is what it boiled down to.
Ask Joe Walsh or maybe Ronnie wood before 1995 if they were members of their bands

well he shouldve taken the 400 thous offered... instead he got 77 thous
@@031767sc Yes, in hindsight. But who knew how the case would turn out?
He was also in some of their music videos.
He was treated like what he was. A Session Player.
@@debbie4503 So, why did they have his image on photo after photo with the band, including album covers?
Moraz should have hired a much better lawyer,in hindsight,he would probably agree!
i saw publicity shots with moraz in them hard to say without details
I don't think Patrick Moraz had a very good lawyer.
He definitely gave the individual band members an easy ride.
An Uber fan of the band who did not like his client 😹

Hostile and assine questions! Sounds like an amateur!
